Methodology

You may have expected to see a detailed accounting of our methodology, or how we work, in this section. We apologize in advance if you are disappointed. Our experience has shown that as our client, you have needs different from our last client. You also have a different team of players with different levels of knowledge and skill and are competing in a different situation in your market. Wouldn't you expect our engagement to have a different methodology?

Most engagements are performed on-site, interacting closely with your staff. Not all projects however, require on-site assistance for all phases. Developing technology has provided cost effective solutions to provide consulting, education and training services remotely. MMS can be "just down the hall" even if located a thousand miles away.

Engaging with MMS translates into the following commitments that you make. Within the scope of the engagement, those commitments include:

• To be committed to the engagement.
• To work openly with MMS, work to evoke and produce trust and intimacy with each other.
• To recognize MMS as an authority in supply chain management and provide a clearing where MMS can work with your staff.
• To grant MMS the authority to specify new terms and conditions for business practices within your organization. These new practices will agree with your existing certification structure, if any (i.e., ISO9000x).
• To act consistently with declarations made.
• To engage in continuous learning.
